First a suggestion.
If you aim your question toward one person only, you might loose out of the wealth of information from other readers since they might not bother to read your post or respond to it.
It sounds like the engine is getting too much fuel so maybe the airmass meter is bad or coolant thermostat or coolant temp sensor.
Maybe the fuel pressure regulator is leaking through.
Check the vacuum hose from FPR to see if it is gasoline inside the hose. That would indicate a leaking FPR.
Try disconnecting the battery for awhile and see if the car drives better right after when all stored adaptive values has been erased.
