For a T5 or T7 system... are you driving a C900... sounds like it.
The turbo is not active at startup, so it cannot be part of the problem. You can check the connectors near the TB and stat area. Find the lead to the CPS and check for damage to wire or contacts. If the ECU does not get a CPS signal, it does not know that the engine is turning, so it does not energize the fuel pump or fire the injectors and plugs. If problem is with hot starts only, such as fueling, that would be a classic CPS failure mode.
The fuel pump fuse gets energized by the fuel pump relay. If the CPS is working, there will be power there, else not. From that fuse, one can measure the ohms through the fuel pump from the terminal that is not hot. One can jump power to that to power the pump as well as part of trouble shooting.
If things started well before with those injectors, they are probably not the cause.
If there are cold start problems, that can be from the FPR that sometimes fails soon after or right after a fuel filter change.
