If you plugs are equally oiled I would guess it not to be a ring in a cylinder or head gasket. So the oil is entering from the intake that is common to all cylinders. If you remove the hose that leaves the bypass valve an recirculates pressurized air back to the intake of the turbo and it has oil. I would suspect turbo compressor seal failure. You can also take of the air duct tube that leaves the air filter and straighten up to look down into the turbo compressor elbow and see if oil is pooling in the elbow. The intake air duct from the bypass recirculate tube down will also be heavy in oil, again I believe this indicates turbo compressor oil seal failure. I have been questioning rebuilding the turbo in my car do to similar symptoms and this was my diagnoses for my car at this time.
