I've seen quite a few of these sorts of things, too. With something as important as your brakes, I'm a little squeamish about going with no-name parts. Depending upon how you drive, you may be able to get away with it, though. Things to bear in mind are that cross-drilled rotors are generally made with certain high-quality alloys (don't know exactly which) that deal with the heat/cool cycles better than the more common, cheaper alloys found in non-drilled rotors. Whether the rotors that you're looking at are made of the proper materials is undeterminable. Cross-drilled rotors have the tendancy to crack around the holes. Chamfering the holes and the use of these certain alloys help prevent this.
That'd be my only rock to throw at them. Brembo, ATE, Zimmerman, et al, all have superb reputations and have many years of experince and R&D into braking systems. These guys don't.
JM2C - FWIW.
If you do try them, please let us know how they are! Best of luck.
