1) the white cloud of exhaust is caused by engine coolant entering cylinder #3 via a faulty head gasket and being burned with the air/fuel mixture.
2) the mis-firing of cylinder #3 is caused by coolant being in the cylinder where it doesn't belong.
3) the oil around your dipstick is caused by high pressure combusiton gasses from cylinder #3 blowing past the faulty head gasket and into the oil passenges leading to the crankcase, where it over pressurizes the crankcase causing oil to be blown out the dip stick tube.
