Does the Viggen suspension really blow or is mine worn?

Hey all,
I've owned two 900s (85, 88) and two 9-3s(01 SE, 00 Viggen.) Obviously, I know the Viggen suspension is supposed to be harder, but after three years of driving on DC roads, I think the spring rate is lowering my quality of life.
I'm assuming that when I bought the car with 37k mi., it had the original hardware. Now at 102k mi, I'm considering replacing the springs and dampers because it seems over-sprung and under-damped.
-Has anyone after 100k mi of driving replaced their Viggen springs and dampers with stock Viggen parts? If so, did the ride improve?
I know about and am condsidering standard 9-3SE, Eibach, and Koni hardware.
Thanks!
Nathan
