If not, get a copy and read it. You can probably get it at alldatadiy.com although you will have to pay to see the complete TSB. See if it was a required service to be performed by dealers. See if it is the sort of operaton that can be confirmed as done or not on the vehicle. If it was required, it was not done, and it caused a problem (three if's) then you might get some help from Saab on it.

But, you will have to get the car fixed and show that this was the issue that caused the problem if you want Saab to even consider covering the repair. It may or may not make sense to take that risk - and indy mechanic will charge a lot less typically to repair the problem but you will have issues getting Saab to help out unless you pay a dealer to do the work.
