. . . though I doubt anyone could do much of anything to make the ECU work better than it does naturally. It may take a couple of tanks to allow it to be used to less oxygen, but I doubt you'll have trouble.
Listen for pinging, signalling knocking & back off if need be until the system sets itself properly. Of course, you'll need at least 90 octane to do the best you can.
