By sensonic I take it you mean Sentronic which is the 2003 and up auto gearbox, but automatic never the less. There are speeds 30-40-50 mph ish where the torque converter locks up while the car is in fourth in the automatic. It's subtle, a very mild clunk you'll notice in relaxed driving. This feature found in pretty much all modern automatics and improves fuel economy by locking up the torque converter once in top gear (and sometimes in 3rd too) taking any potential hydraulic slip from the torque converter out of the equation.
