Waterpump O-rings

I have 1997 saab 900se 2.0turbo convertible with 115K
Well I am tackling the various coolant leaks on my saab. I have solved 2 of the 3 notorious leaking spots. One was cylinder head retorque. Two was the clamps.
I see I also have a leak where the pump meets the block. I have seached this site and see there is a tube held in place via O-RINGS. I see with age they are known to crack and leak. I just ordered the 3 from the saab site...
Is there any pointers in removing and replacing the 2 orings. One at the pump, one at the block? Anyone have a step by step.
It looks pretty simple. Remove airbox, remove power steering pump, remove waterpump, replace O-Rings, reinstall in reverse...
Is there any issues getting the old O-RIngs out? ANy help appreciated before I DYI this week after parts get here...
