Remove rear wheels. Rotate rear hub until the 'extra' hole (in line with lug bolt holes) lines up - about 5:30 drivers side, 6:30 passenger side, with a horizontal star screw. Rotate this contraption up / down to adjust shoes.
Up tightens drivers, loosens passeger side
Down loosens drivers, tightens passenger side (that one always gives me fits)
Should initially contact after 3 handle clicks and hold at 5.
You'll need a flashlight to peer inside the rotor.
Usually need to loosen this to remove rotors.
I leave the e-brake slightly slack, to create as much movement in the shoe spreader, cause these bad boys rust and bind.
there should be no wear on these? and shouldn't require adjustment (unless improperly adjusted before).
