I tightened the bolts on the rack clamp tonight. Noises still persist.
Then I crawled under with a flashlight, and first looked at the left CV boot. It was dirty looking on the bottom. I put my hand on it and came away with a few fingertips full of dirty grease. I thought, "Maybe poor workmanship from when the boot had been replaced prior". Then I looked at the right CV boot, and to my surprise it was pretty much straight up clean. I think the left is leaking somewhere and maybe the joint is bad now. Or going bad.
What do you think?
