P0441 Evap purge valve location?

Hello,
Thanks for helping. Getting a P0441 code. WIS says "Evap Purge Valve" flow is reduced. Car is a '96 900 SE Turgo with 135K.
My question is so I can follow the testing in Wis; where is the purge valve located? It looks from the diagram that the valve is downstream from the throttle body with a vacuum hose. I can't find the valve. Thanks again.
