I can only suspect that you don't tighten them hard enough, if the two bolts going straight up into the car body is coming out too.
If it was only the two bolts going sideways into the mount, I would suspect you got cheap Scantech mounts.
Scantech has been selling some pure junk and the aluminum center of the mount is so badly drilled and tapped that the threads are stripping when you tried to tighten the bolts.
I tried a couple and went back to oem.
