The turbo itself really can't sludge up. And if your engine has developed sludge, then it probably wouldn't be running if you let it go this long. If it was anything oil related, it'd be blue.
Anyway, white smoke always means water or coolant is being burned. AKA your headgasket needs to be replaced or you have a loose head bolt. At that mileage, it's about time for the headgasket to go anyway. Get yourself to a mechanic and have it looked at before something worse happens!
