Kardan, I don't know if this is related, but GM has a recall notice on certain GM 4WD trucks - those in the snpw-belt states. The ALB sensor on the hub(s) gets corroded over time and lifts slightly from the hub. The result is that the ALB senses different rotation on the front wheels and the ALB kicks in. To correct this, GM pulls the sensors, cleans them and puts antiseize on the sensor mount. Hope this helps, Ron
