Abbott Viggen cut out, has spark/fuel but no airflow

While driving into work this morning, idling in neutral at a light, my 3 week old Viggen died, almost unnoticeably. No CEL, no shudder, nothing. I turned the car off and attempted to restart...the car definitely wants to turn over, and sort of "catches" for a second before dying again. I had it towed to my local mechanic who initially thought it was the DIC, but after some futher diagnosis concluded that the car was getting spark and fuel, but the throttle plates would not open. If he physically held the plates open, he could get the car to start and idle, but that's it. From this info, he said it is an ECU issue which he does not have the equipment to fix, so I need to take it to a Saab dealer. As much as I want to avoid a dealer, I would gladly take it there BUT my car has Abbott mods: intake, inlet pipe, intercooler, back box, and ECM upgrade. Has anyone had issues with Abbott software? I'm concerned that the dealer is going to either reflash or replace my ECU with stock maps, and I'm back to stock software and out of the $800 I paid for Abbott ECM tuning. Is it an ECU issue, and if so, can I somehow get around going back to stock? Any input is appreciated...
