The seat memory buttons on the side are the problem.

Remove the memory button from the side of the seat and see what happens. They remove easily and unplug from the circuit. If this clears up the going to a postion that is undesired, then you will need to clean the contacts within. The memory switches in my car have had this trouble a few time in the last year. To remove the switches, work your finger around the top front side between the seat and the plastic panel housing the switch there is a tab on the front of the switch assemble that will release it and allow you to pull the memory switch assembly out the top and unplug it, its a piece a cake. When I disasembled the switched I clean them with a pencil eraser.
