I would just like to thank you so much for all the information posted on your site. I had never done more than change oil and brakes on a vehicle before last year. With a laptop in the garage and your instructions with pics (and a little help from parts lists and other sites), I have completed the following on my own (with the occasional help of a neighbor):

Intercooler upgrade, viggen clutch, engine/trans mounts, Bilstein shocks/struts, complete front suspension rebuild, 3" turbo-back exhaust and Mitsu turbo removal/upgrade.

Although all this cost me roughly $3500, I paid no labor, have no car payment and my 160k 900SE runs better than new. Thanks again. Alright, enough butt-kissing and on to your questions:

I used the stock T5 rubber hose from the inlet pipe to the airbox. Had to trim it down 6-7'. The only problem is you have to trim it at the bend in the hose. I also had to heat the rubber over a propane flame to get it pliable enough to fit over the new inlet pipe. I didn't have a clamp big enough, so right now it's holding just because the fit is so tight. This is not an optimal situation, however, so I'm watching this connection closely. The 3" silicone is a good option which I may go ahead and do. Do you recommend a vendor? I got silicone fittings from Ebay for the intercooler job.

I'm not sure what the PCV is, but I think you mean the banjo bolt that goes into the top of the T7 pipe connecting the hard line that runs back to the valve cover. I was lucky enough to get that hard line and banjo bolt off the T7 donor car. It fit just like the stock line, including the little torx screw that holds the line onto the top of the engine at the DI cassette. The only difference is that the line goes straight back toward the firewall rather than bending toward the valve covers like the stock line. I solved this by making a 3-4" 'U' out of some very flexible vacuum line and fitting this tightly INSIDE both the line and the crank vent fitting/barb. I made sure it fit tightly and wasn't kinked.

If you're really interested, I can email pics.
