Stumble idle after startup. Coolant splattered rear/eng

Driving home after dinner and bringing the girl to shop, I started to notice a stumbling idle just after start-up. After letting it sit for a minute to warm up and then reving it a tad, it stopped. I proceeded to two other destinations w/ the same weird situation right after start up. Turns out the coolant was escaping and splattered everywhere. I noticed this after the CEL spits "COOLANT LEVEL LOW" just as we pulled up to our home. I changed the pump and so on back 2 months/3500 or so miles. On the drive after to my place I had to keep the boost down (since turbo's heat up like hot sauce from hell) and had to fill the coolant 3 or so times. No fun :(
Love the car though 1995 900 set w/162000 ;) I'm going to check the clamps hoses and so forth first thing in the morning.
1. Is there a diagram of the coolant system? tells you where all the hoses, clamps, boots and so on are located?
2. Any suggestions as far as cleaning the coolant that splattered all over the ABS ecu, vaccum hoses and as far as the passenger side of the engine bay. What can this possibly effect.
So keep in mind the coolant splattered on the rear drivers side of the engine bay. Stumbles at idle after start up. Boggles at speed (think its another issue). Help! please tell me its a DIY!!!!!!! thank you guys!
