First of all P Zeros are not snow tires, they are high performance street tires, although they claim to have excellent tred in snow. I don't belive in all weather tires as is why I have two sets of wheels, one summer (smooth grip) one winter (beefy hard tred).
As you can tell I am a Pirelli fan and have been since my '83 900 Turbo. What you will get from the higher end tires is the best wear than any brand Ive ever used. Im not talking about the OEM P6 or P6000 tires from Saab, those are designed to give you about 25,000 miles so your Saab dealer can make more money off you during your lease.
I like going to http://www.tirerack.com website cause you can read what others have rated the tires. The P Zeros get excellent consumer appeal.
