Sunroof not opening & closing properly -any Ideas/Help?

Fairly recent issue so any help is greatly appreciated!!! here are a list of issues!

1. Started making clicking noise when activated 3 or 4 nights ago... so I Tried lubricating but doesn't work much at all.

2. Now it sinks below roof line in the back part when trying to close it when in vent position... (keeps going down in back PAST roof line!!)

3. Passenger side ends up in vent postion but drivers side stuck... Nob on inside of sunroof inside car doesn't appear to scroll all the way forward or back in its guides... (hard to describe...) So that could be issue??

4. Switch sends signal to motor so I now that A & B are working but... motor makes horrible clicking noise now when activated by switch (when trying to Vent or Open)

5. Doesn't wanna go back now I noticed this morning and Drivers side doesn't go all the way up to vent possition.

****I love to DIY (or DIM do it myself!) so please, its getting cold outside so any help is very much so considered
