If you have the caliper off and the retaining screw then it should just come right off. When I did brakes on my 9k as soon as the caliper and retaining screw were off the rotor dropped on its own. I have also never heard of a rotor rusting to a hub and getting stuck. Haven't done it yeat on my 9-3 but will eventually, can't imagine it would be much different.
I would give your car a good look over to make sure you had everything off that needed to be off to remove the rotor.
