Spark Plugs: BCPR7ES-11 vs. PFR7H-10 (or PFR6H-10?)

I have been reading about the advantages of installing the hotter BCPR6ES-11 spark plugs versus the BCPR7ES-11 for typical city stop-and-go driving.
I have a 1999 9-3 2.0L HOT (200hp) with a Red DI Cassette. My owner's manual says that I should be using the PFR7H-10 with this engine and NOT the BCPR7ES-11. It looks like the previous owner mistakenly inserted the BCPR7ES-11. If I go back to the PFR7H-10, would I benefit similarly from switching to the hotter PFR6H-10?
A lot of information was included in a previous post by REM in Seattle, but this post did not identify the discrepancy between the two 1999 2.0L engines (185hp vs. 200hp).
I would opt for the cheaper copper NGK plugs and replace them every 10,000-15,000 miles and check them regularly for carbon deposits.
Thanks!
hrothgars
