It's possible that one or more of your calipers is siezed. If they're not clamping enough to drag the car then braking in snow would be very exciting!
It's pretty common on the rears, and especially in places where they use alot of salt on the roads. Do the surfaces (both inside and out)of your rear discs look clean and smooth? Verify this and we can assume that your calipers are clamping efffectively. If there is rust and/or rough surfaces on any of the discs then you've got no clamping force. Pull off the bad calipers and rebuild/replace them, and replace or refinish ("turn") the discs.
Take the previous suggestion and practice in a snowy parking lot, but have someone outside the car to verify that the wheels are locking up and then releasing due to the ABS function.
