The problem with them as I said earlier is that the nylon disc between the stationary and moving part of tensioner wear out of the side where the constant pressure is applied. That way the outer part of tensioner tilts slightly.
I use a short 8mm Allen socket and ratchet, crack the bolt loose and then I have an 8mm Gearwrench ring ratchet that I place over a long 8mm Allen socket and then insert the socket in the bolt.
That way I can use the function of the ring ratchet to get that long bolt out in "less than a day".
