It's easy. The inner door cover is held on by three or four screws along the bottom edge and a screw under a small round plastic cover behind the inside door handle. Remove these and gently remove the cover. You can unplug the wire connector to the door light or just lower the door cover to the ground. Most likely the cheap green plastic roller at the bottom of the scissor mechanism has broken. There are two of these at the bottom of a big X the moves the glass up and down. The new ones cost $3 and snap right in. Replace both.
I've never understood why Saab makes this highly stressed piece out of cheap plastic. I've replaced four. And it's lousy when the window sticks open -- always on a rainy day.
