Viggen died while driving and won't start now?

Guys,
I need some real help, I can't diagnose this problem. The other day my '99 Viggen died while driving on the highway. I had to pull over and have it towed to the dealer b/c it wouldn't start. When I went back to check up on it later, after a few times it did finally start and I drove 20 miles home. Today when it started, it drove for a quarter mile and died and it wouldn't start again.
Here's the thing, I hear the starter spinning but nothing happens. Battery seems charged and strong. I don't think it is the alternator. I don't think it's the DI either b/c I don't hear any misfiring. I haven't changed my plugs in a while so I'll give that shot but I don't think it explains it either.
The only other thing I can think of is it fuel related? I threw in some Techron and Heet but that won't do me any good b/c I can't start it. My gas tank was also full.
Or is it some type of other electrical problem, maybe an ignition switch? One thing to keep in mind is I live in Chicago and the temps have been -10 to 0.
I appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Tom
