Ed, glad you got it running. I would change the oil several times with a cheap mineral oil , then put in your normal oil. That's what we do when our supercharged 4-stroke Sea Doos have water injestion.
As far as the wiring/computer getting wet, it all might dry out fine in a few weeks if the water was clean. Maybe you can get the computer out of the car, open it and let it air dry. If the water had salt in it, you might have a big problem.
