95 900S 2.3L Convertible 142K

And I cant believe how quiet the engine compartment is now. I mean its like a new car again! I didnt realize how noisy that thing had become over time. I always thought there was excess noise coming from the the whole belt area but even after changing the pullies, nothing changed so I just chalked it up to 'well, its an older motor with 140K on it.' About a week ago, though, the noise got noticibly louder and having the indy listen to it he deemed it was indeed the pump.

All I can say is Im so happy that I have a whisper quiet Saab again!

Well, that is except for my muffler. I think I replaced it 3 years ago and its noisy again. So that looks like this weekend's task. I replaced from the cat back to the muffler about a year ago so my flex and everything is fine. Just the muffler itself. What muffler on eeuroparts is the quietest? Hehe I want to go for super stealth mode now!

Ready for some topdown weather!
