Electrical problems

I have a 2002 9-3 Turbo. Just bought it used in December. Since then, I've had multiple light failures: headlights (both low and high beams), rear fog light, front fog lights. I get failure notices even when the lights appear to be working sometimes. I changed both headlights about three weeks ago.
Two days ago, settings 1, 2 and 3 on my AC/Heat blower fan stopped working. Setting 4 works fine. Then, the rear fog light, which had not been giving me an error recently, suddenly gives me one (and it lights properly when I press the switch) and won't go away when cleared or when I shut off the car. Then, my left front high beam (brand new) burns out and gives an error when it is switched on.
I'm frustrated!
I checked all the fuses and they're OK. This includes the ones in the fuse box under the hood. I disconnected the battery for a while, thinking maybe there was something screwy in the computer that was making it do all this stuff and the memory needed to be cleared. That didn't help. I checked a few ground wires that I could more readily locate, and all these appear to be OK. I checked the wires going to the 60 amp fuse box, and these appear to be OK, too.
Anyone have some thoughts? I can take this to the dealer, but I'm hoping someone can tell me where to look for problems and maybe avoid that cost. Also, am I going to have to replace these lights again once the problem has been fixed?
Thanks!
