Bosch Turbo Bypass Valve

I recently ordered a Bosch turbo bypass valve part number 0 280 142 110. Instead of receiving the 0 028 142 110, I received part number 0 280 142 102. When I suggested the part was wrong due to what I think is a a lower pressure spring, they sent me the following response:
"According to Bosch they are now (the same). This is a bosch deal not ours. We make the changes instantly when bosch does these other sites don't. You won't see any difference for performance unless you buy the stainless valve that is adjustable regardless of what anyone online says. The valve you received is classified by bosch as the heavy duty valve now."
Is there a difference between the the 102 & 110? I can't seem to find any real (Bosch) detail online. Any recommendations? By the way, I can buy the 102-103 for much less than the 110. What gives?
