This is about a 1 hr DIY job, one of the least difficult maintenance jobs oyu will do on your Saab: easy way: remove the right hand tire/wheel(after jacking up car and putting a jack stand under the axle), remove the plastic inner liner in the wheel well, remove the air cleaner and intake duct, compress the tensioner spring and insert a drill bit in the hole to take the tension off the belt, fit the new belt in place., there is a good diagram in the Haynes manual.
