Search this board as its been addressed many times. Most likely culprit is some vacuum leak so cheak all the vac lines from the TB. Not that familiar with your model year, but I had the same problem about a year ago and after a process of elimination it turned out to the be MAF. Its also called AMM or air mass meter. BPC and BPV have also been common culprits. While your at it go ahead and pull the plugs, check the gap and color, or simply go ahead and replace.
