Hi I have a 96 900 SE Turbo with 190K kilometers ( 115K miles)
for the past year I have a problem where I have to crank for about 10 secs to start the car. It does this hot or cold.
When after it starts it will idle at about 1100 RPM. When it's warmed up it idles about 1500 RPM idle is smooth and consitant. I am getting the P0147 and P1147 codes. The car failed an E-Test for rich at idle. (high CO) Also when driving the car in third, fourth or fifth gear, the boost will go to top of yellow on the gauge, but then it will drop to mid yellow. Things I have tried already. (First of all, I have 94 Turbo which is a parts car. It had just passed an E-test 2 days before the owner rolled it on it's side) I have replaced the Map sensor and vacuum line. I have replaced the Manifold temp sensor. I have replaced the Purge control valve and vacuum line. I have replaced the FPR and vacuum line.
I have replaced the Blowoff valve and vacuum line. I replaced the y tube, grommet and PVC valve. I cleaned the Idle control valve and the vacuum lines on both sides. ( I later replaced the Idle control valve). I cleaned the TB. The has had new O2 sensors in the front and rear, within the last year. I replaced the plugs with NKG 6's gapped to 36. I replaced the Throttle position sensor. I am running full synthenic oil. Last summer I ran 2 bottles of techron. ( when problem first showed up) as well I have ran other injector clean thur in the past month. ( can't get techron in Canada). I am using 91 gas. Last summer I replaced the fuel filter. I don't have a spare DIC anymore, the one I have is from a junk yard. (The one off of my parts car was sold before I got to it.)

So anyone have any suggestions? Torromorrow I am going to replace the 2 O2 sensors, Just to be sure.

thanks for your time
