Not sure if this will help anyone out there (I think there are about 5 or 6 Saab drivers in Tulsa)...
A few months back, I took my '99 9-3 in with a fuel tank leak from the pressure sensor and what I thought was a strange vacuum problem (car wouldn't let me put in more than a half-tank of gas) to a place in Broken Arrow called Superwrench. Long story short, they were well educated, very friendly, apparently have the only Saab master tech. in town (and we have a Saab dealer...), communicate well (Kevin called me every time there was an update) and very reasonable.
Car's fixed (after the replacement of the tank (used), some fuel line, pressure sensor & fuel pump), i'm definitely not as poor as I would have been if I had gone to the dealer, and I had the pleasure of chatting with a few Saab guys (as I said...pretty rare in Tulsa). Therefore, two thumbs up for Superwrench.
