I second VT motion. If the rear camber is -2 or more you have a bent rear beam. It happened to my 9-3 1999 Auto. For now I am not going to worry about it. Later on would be taking the car to a body shop to see if they can get it straight a lot cheaper than buying a use one or new rear beam.
What could have bent the rear beam? Someone changing tires may have place a jack in the middle of the rear beam and "there goes the beam". I autocross the car and the suspension takes a beating.
Rough idle I don't know about that. Have you check all of vacuum hose? Sludge?

PS. Take the car to another Saab shop.
