I did it!!!

After weeks of being on the fence, I finally pulled the trigger and bought a 2003 9-3 SE convertible with 26 K miles, Merlot w/tan interior, automatic, heated seats for 20 grand (from a Saab dealer in New York). It’s still has 2 years left on the CPO warranty.
Unfortunately, it does not have an owner manual. The salesman said he would try & get one for me but in the meantime, I have a few stupid questions. 1) Whenever I turned the car on, the A/C comes on full blast regardless of the setting it was on when I turned off the car. In fact, I usually hit the off button on the climate control when I shut the car off and if it sits more than an hour or so, when I turn the car back on, the A/C is blowing in my face full blast. 2) Is there anyway to clear one setting on the trip computer (like avg fuel economy) or do I has to always clear all the settings (avg speed, distance, etc)? 3) How do I turn on the headlight wipers on?
If the salesman doesn’t come up with a manual soon, he going to give me another guided tour of the car.
I also have an opportunity to buy a used windscreen. Normally, they go for $400 new but I can get it for $200, maybe less. Is it worth the money? Does it really reduce wind turbulence a lot? Most of my driving is on the highway (65+ mph) and yeah, it’s blustery but not uncomfortably so….of course, I only had the car 5 days.
