My target when looking at low pressure reading is around 10-15 to 30-40Psi.
Anything other than that might be a problem.
What I mean to say is that looking at pressure readings alone (and only one side) doesn't really give you much clue at all of the overall health of the system.
As you might notice too, the pressure differs quite a bit on idle or 3000rpm.
Putting my hand on the low pressure pipe and "feel" how cold it is is a much better reading for me than pressures.
If the low pressure pipe from compressor is not close to "freezing" cold or more luke warm and the high pressure pipe is "smoking" hot, than you have a problem in the system and it could be a failing expansion valve, clogged system somewhere or bad/wrong/cheap R134a.
