The tensioner checked and pully's should be replaced every 70k or so. I dont know if you have service notes on what has been done so far. Not a big amount to check, but well worth it as these are in direct relation to the engine and if these go it could cause serious damage to engine. If you here any odd sounds coming from the engine area, have it checked right away. Your Saab is built to and should give you many years of enjoyment. Every car is different, but going 200-250k is common, just make sure she gets synthetic oil to drink.....Mobil 1 is the most common used by everyone as its top of the line. You will pay roughly $50 per oil change, but its worth it. The only other product I use is Techron Concentrate Plus made by Chevron. This is a great product that a lot of Saab owners use every 5000k to keep fuel system running great. You can get at any auto supply store and its poured into your gas tank.
