I've had very good luck with R1Concepts slotted/drilled rotors and PBR Deluxe pads. I looked at getting the PBR Metal or Ceramics but read bad stuff about them. The difference from stock was pronounced. Stopping power is much better, wear has been good so far, and they put out very low dust. The OEM pads threw out a lot of dust and seemed to go out every 30k. As for the rotors, not sure they are making a huge difference but I'm not racing so slotted/drilled are probably overkill....but they look cool:)

It's kind of funny to look at the Viggen rotors then look at a 4500lb+ SUV with really tiny rotors. One panic stop in an SUV and you've probably cooked the pads.
