Loose battery cable connection caused all sorts of electrical problems. Remaining OBD code P1260, throttle return spring is to low. Dealer states that there is no way to repair throttle body spring. Can the spring tension be increased? Engine RPM increased to 2000 rmp after battery cable connection fault and will not reset, even after clearing all OBD codes
