Rear Brake Light Failure

I used a trailer to lug some stuff and when I hooked up the trailer lights to the harness bad electrical things happened.
With the lights connected if I used the blinkers with the headlights off then the both directionals and both HEADLIGHTS(!?!) would blink regardless of which directional was on. Pressing the brakes only made the passenger side brake light go on and only on the car. Out of five total brake lights (3 on car and 2 on trailer) only the passenger side and center hatch lights on the car would turn on.
After unhooking the trailer lights everything electrical has resumed normal function except the brake light on the driver side. That light doesn't turn on and further more there is no SID bulb failure message.
I've checked the small switch blade fuse and I've removed the U-haul harness. The problem is still there.
Are there any passenger side brake light relay's or fuses that are hidden away somewhere?
Thanks, Mark
