The alloys they use in road wheels get weaker when they bend. So, you bend it once, it's weaker. You bend it back, you weaken it again. Even so, I've never heard of a straightened wheel breaking or cracking on the road. If you hit a big bump in the right place, it's going to bend, but that was going to happen anyway.
But, consider the cost. You're going to spend 1/2 to 2/3 the cost of a new wheel to straighten old ones - they you will have rebent, old, highly bendable wheels. (Viggen wheels bend easily, do some searches).
Might be time to bite the bullet, give up on "original", and buy some new wheels you like. Don't go bargain basement, spend a little more and get some good wheels. They won't bend nearly as easily.
