it can be a serious PITA depending how far off track your window is. This happened to me when the roller broke and the window tilted so far forward that the front slipped out of the weather stripping track. To get it back in you need to disconnect both rollers and tip the front of the window down very far into the door. But if you go too far the back will be off track so it can get a little tricky. If I remember right you can peel down the gray foam sheet over the door and there's a hole you can look through and get your fingers in to feel your way. You'll get a good view of where it has to go. Have someone hold a flashlight as you look into the hole so you can see it. Once I figured that out it finally went in and has worked great since.
