Old Saab owner , new to problems and new to this site.

Within 2 weeks I had two issue occur with my 1996 Saab convertible.

1) The driver side window no longer aligns itself with the top. (occured before top problems) It somehow has "grown" and can not be put all the way up. I must back it off its' top end or door will not close without pushing glass outward. So as is if it rains the right way I get a bit of water in the car. Not good.

and 2 weeks later....

2) The top is shot. Ended up getting stuck in the open position. I had to put it up using the emergency lever, and fastened the two front locks. I dont know how to get the rear latches to hook so as to lock down the rear. I really cant afford to have new motor etc. but I do need to get the top in full closed position. How?

I want to thank everyone in advance for their help.
