Kudos to you, you are probably one of the few that look at the lights and know what should be on or not and when.
It's interesting how many that never know when the oil pressure sending unit dies on their Saab leaving the light off at all times and then when the balance shaft sprockets have done their dirty work with the oil pump or the oil sludge syndrome, leaving the engine with no or low oil pressure and no light to warn the driver, it is too late.
It is probably a bad printed circuit board in speedo cluster that is messing with the SRS power/ground circuit. Or possible a loose bulb.
None of it is any easy fix but requires the removal of cluster.
