Sprockets has to be removed from camshafts, no worries, they are keyed to cam shaft and cannot be installed incorrectly.
It is 100s of mechanics that have gotten the cam timing wrong when installing so take your time to locate and memorize the positions of the cam marks BEFORE taking it apart.
The TDC marks are found on the crank pulley and a mark in the timing cover (about 2 o'clock).
After installing the sprockets and chain, it is possible to lift and move the chain one tooth at the time before the tensioner is installed so that gives you some leeway to get the cam timing right.
