Your black T-7 DIC (IDM) should be available online, new for $232 or possibly some auction site for far less. Eeuro ships same day usually, not sure your location, I think they're in Conn.
A fellow OG9-3 owner might be able to loan one to try, what's your location?
The DIC swaps out in minutes.
There was a Buddy Map available here, not sure it's status.
After cranking you could remove DIC & plugs & check for fuel. Also be sure some enterprising rodent didn't make a meal of a visible wire.
Also - check the resistance of the CPS, I don't have that info handy, at least locate the connector and verify less than infinite ohms (I think cold value well below 1K) - remove connector before measuring. CPS usually shows hot start symptoms before totally failing.
