Check your brake fluid level. If it has gotten low air may have entered the hyd. clutch system and the system will have to be bled. These things are difficult to bleed (see archives). It is possible that either the master or slave clutch cylinders have went bad, where you would see some leakage. If the slave is bad, I would replace the clutch, seals, and T/O bearing while you are in there as the transmission has to be removed which is expensive (labor, primarily). Had this happen to my 00 9-3 at 95k. I it all replaced so I did not have to go back there for at least another 90k anyway. What started my trouble was low level of brake fluid that let air get in there, oh well the clutch lining only had another 10 k anyway.
